Michael C. Bertoni has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael C. is the Founder and CEO of SaaS Talent, a company that specializes in talent acquisition and resource building for SaaS and Tech companies. In addition, they serve as a Construction Tech Talent Advisor for The Activate Company, where they help recruit and hire construction-focused SaaS talent to drive efficiency and maximize productivity. Michael is also a Board Member of the Philadelphia100® Forum, providing connections, peer learning, and new opportunities for growth-oriented leaders. Furthermore, they are the Founder and CEO of UPROSPECT, an AI-Powered Digital Business Card and Lead Generation Master System. Michael C. has also founded the SaaS Talent Meetup, a platform for the SaaS and tech startup ecosystem, and hosts the "Tech Talks" video podcast, showcasing SaaS and Hi-Tech companies. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Michael held positions as director of business development at Anexinet, Jive Software, Google, and Razor Technology.

Michael C. Bertoni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology) from William & Mary in 1996. Michael C. then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2003.
