Chad Stroup has had a varied career in writing and editing. Chad began their career in 2012 as a Writer for Various Publications, where they wrote novels, comic books, graphic novels, and short stories. Chad also worked as an Editor and Second Reader Internship for Fiction International. In 2013, they worked as a Copywriting Freelancer for Rank Giant/List Giant and a Second Reader for Fiction International. In 2015, they became a Senior Content Manager for Saba SEO.

Chad Stroup completed a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing/Fiction from San Diego State University in 2014, following a Bachelor's degree in English Single Subject from the same university, which they received in 2011.
