Mohamed T. Ibrahim has had a varied and successful career. In 2005, they began their professional journey as a trainee at Advanced Electronics Company. Mohamed T. then moved to Western Digital in 2006, where they were a trainee in Research & Development. In 2008, they became a Business Development at ELS Language Centers, and also co-founded Dopravo. In 2010, they joined Oqal as an Events Committee Member. In 2018, they were an Advisor at Lendo, and a Principal at Derayah VC. Finally, in 2019, they became the Founder & CEO of Sabbar. Throughout their career, they have achieved various successes, such as participating in developing the fund’s ToC and obtaining the fund license from the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA), establishing the SOPs for deal sourcing, investment management, governance, and portfolio reporting structure, and pitching the fund to an anchor LP and successfully raising US$16m.
Mohamed T. Ibrahim has an educational background in engineering and project management. Mohamed T. obtained a degree in Mechatronics from Monash University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to this, they attended AlRowad School and obtained a high school degree between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
