Francesco Ferrari

Francesco Ferrari is a seasoned UX Researcher with extensive experience in managing and leading research activities across various product teams, particularly at Lottoland, where Francesco has worked both at Saber.tech and Ciklum from June 2021 to the present. Previous roles include UX Researcher and Design Lead at RE:Lab s.r.l., and a post-doctoral researcher and lecturer at Università degli Studi di Trento, where Francesco engaged in projects related to Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Psychology. Educational achievements include a PhD in Psychological Science and Education from Università di Trento and multiple master's degrees in Social and Communication Psychology.
