Chad Minor has a strong background and extensive experience in the power generation industry, with a focus on project management, engineering, and operational leadership. Chad has held various roles with prominent companies such as SABIC, The AES Corporation, and Duke Energy, where Chad has successfully managed capital projects, fleet engineering, and outage management. Chad's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University, and additional coursework at the University of Notre Dame.
