Volker Plehn

Volker Plehn is an experienced executive with a strong background in automotive marketing and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Automotive Marketing at SABIC since September 2019, Volker leads the company's growth strategy for LEXAN(TM) Polycarbonate. Previously, Volker held the position of Director of Business Development at Toray Plastics (America), Inc., focusing on strategic growth within the automotive industry. Volker's extensive career at DuPont High Performance Parts spanned over 24 years, culminating in several directorial roles, including responsibilities in business development, marketing, and sales across various segments. Volker holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
