Bradley Biddlecombe

Bradley Biddlecombe began their work experience in 2014 as a Website Designer for Red-Eight Consulting Limited. Bradley also worked in graphic design and marketing for various clients during this time. In 2017, they joined Prysm Media Group LTD as an Event Consultant and Copywriter, where they excelled in attracting a target audience for events and contributed to the written content of show guides. In the same year, they also started working at Anana Ltd in multiple roles, including IT Operations Support Team Lead and Voice Services Support Lead. Bradley provided technical support and managed application and system issues for customers. Bradley also undertook the Infrastructure Technician Level 3 course as part of their role. Currently, they work for Sabio as a Support Operations Manager since 2022.

Bradley Biddlecombe attended Long Stratton High School from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a high school degree. Bradley then went on to attend City Of Norwich School - Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014, focusing on A Levels.

In addition to their formal education, Bradley has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed a Principles of Marketing Level 3 course at the City of Bristol College. Subsequently, they pursued various IT certifications, including MTA - Networking Fundamentals, MTA - Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, and MTA - Cloud Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2017 and 2018. Bradley also earned the BCS Level 3 Award in Business Processes and BCS Level 3 Award in Coding and Logic from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2018. Moreover, they achieved an Infrastructure Technician Level 3 qualification with distinction from QA Apprenticeships in 2018. Continuing their professional development, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019. Most recently, in 2020, Bradley completed the AudioCodes SBC: Essentials and Configuration course offered by AudioCodes. In 2023, they obtained the Stepping up to Management certification from QA Ltd.
