I N Myataza

I N Myataza has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and support. They started their career at Bytes Connect as a Junior Developer, where they provided first-line development support and worked on vxml and c# application changes from January 2011 to January 2013. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Bytes Systems Integration as a Genesys Engineer, specializing in Genesys technology. In 2019, they joined Anana Africa as a Senior Support Engineer, where they stayed until April 2023. Currently, they are working at Sabio as a Senior Genesys Engineer and were later promoted to Support Team Lead in March 2023.

I N Myataza has incomplete National Diploma in Information Technology from UNISA, which was pursued from 2003 to 2006. They also attended Oakdale High School from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a High School degree. In 2009 and 2010, I N Myataza obtained a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology: System Development from MICT CITA. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Regenesys.

Additionally, I N Myataza has obtained certifications including the Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) - Outbound Voice 8 Consultant and the Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) - Inbound Voice 8.5 Consultant from Genesys in 2020.
