Laura Batley has extensive work experience, starting in 2004 as a Customer Service Officer at British Gas. After three years, they joined Leeds City Council, where they held various positions, including Operational Support Officer, Team Leader (Operational), Operations Manager, and Development and Support Manager. In 2018, Laura joined Sabio as a Service Manager and later transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Client Experience at Sabio.
Laura Batley completed their Masters with Distinction in Leadership and Management at Leeds Beckett University from 2017 to 2019.
