Soma Sen Choudhuri is an experienced professional with a background in customer relations and client retention. Currently serving as Manager of Retention and Activation at Srs Live Technologies Pvt Ltd and as Senior Executive in Customer Relations at SabPaisa since June 2019, Soma focuses on engaging with dormant clients to identify and address their issues, encouraging them to resume transactions.
