Lisa Harrison

Lisa Harrison is the Vice President of Human Resources at Sabre Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include guiding executive leadership on succession planning, talent development, and full-cycle recruitment. Lisa designs and implements various human resources programs encompassing staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, and legal compliance. Additionally, Lisa is a member of Chief, an organization focused on empowering women executives, and has over two decades of HR experience, including a role as Human Resource Manager at James Hardie Building Products, where notable achievements included improving new hire orientation and retention.
