Tracy Strub

Tracy Strub currently serves as the Head of School at St. Thomas Aquinas under the Archdiocese of Bridgeport since July 2023 and has been the School Principal at Sacred Heart Grade School since October 2018. Prior roles include Elementary School Teacher at Transfiguration School and Teacher at St. John Preschool, where Tracy focused on the academic and social-emotional development of children while fostering partnerships with their families. Tracy also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix, providing instruction and guidance to graduate students. Earlier in career, Tracy worked in the Mamaroneck Union Free School District as a teacher, curriculum specialist, negotiator, and mentor. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Education in Educational Administration and Supervision and a Master of Science in Education in Elementary Education from Pace University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maryland.
