Carol Pake

Carol Pake has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carol started their career at Fife Council in 1986, where they held various administrative roles and developed new posts into successful positions. During their time at the Scottish Charity - Provider of Housing and Care, from 1994 to 2015, Carol served as a Resources Manager and was responsible for managing a team and providing guidance on HR and corporate services. In 2015, they joined Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland as the Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development, where they led the organization in embedding HR, health & safety, and organizational development into its business processes. Most recently, in 2021, Carol became the Head of HR at Sacro. Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated a strong focus on HR processes, procedures, and strategic development.

Carol Pake has pursued their education in two institutions. Carol attended Fife College, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Personnel Management (now CIPD). Carol also attended the University of Abertay, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration Management with a focus on Business Administration.
