Athulya M has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Athulya started their career as a Center Coordinator at ISC - Indian School of Commerce in 2012. Athulya then moved on to work as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Prayan Animation Studio Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they became an Associate Operations Manager at Conscience Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. Afterwards, they joined SADA India (formerly known as ByteWave Digital) as an Associate Manager Human Resources in 2019. Currently, Athulya is working as the Head of Recruitment at SADA, An Insight company, a position they have held since December 2021.
