Mark Watts

Mark Watts is an experienced Technical Onboarding Manager at SADA, responsible for managing the technical onboarding process to help new customers integrate with SADA’s infrastructure and scale operations into Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Prior to SADA, Mark spent over a decade at Rackspace, first as a DevOps Engineer, assisting in the design of Azure and GCP environments, and previously as a Windows System Engineer, where Mark evaluated Microsoft Office 365 and Azure features for integration. Earlier career roles include leading messaging engineering efforts for the Department of Energy and secure government facilities, with foundational experience as a System Administrator overseeing multiple regional offices. Mark is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Southern New Hampshire University and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Applied Sciences from Drake State Community and Technical College.
