Rima Barseghyan_MBA, ACCA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in compensation management, financial projections, and consulting. Currently serving as Associate Manager in Compensation at SADA, An Insight company since May 2023, Rima previously held the position of Head of Financial Projections and Planning at the Armenian National Interests Fund from November 2021 to April 2023. Rima's consulting expertise was further developed during significant tenures at PwC as both Senior Consultant and Consultant from February 2014 to November 2021, and as an Expert at the Audit Inspectorate within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia from May 2013 to January 2014. Rima's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the American University of Armenia, alongside ACCA membership achieved between 2015 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Armenian State University of Economics.
