Zain Makki has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Zain started their career in 2006 as a Senior IT Supervisor at Yq?Bahrain, where they were responsible for establishing the entire IT infrastructure of the company. Zain then joined Gulf Air in 2009 as a Service Delivery Engineer, working on the Unix platform and handling tasks such as system installation and user administration.

In 2012, Zain joined Lightspeed Communications as a Field Technical Support, where they gained experience in troubleshooting network issues and configuring Cisco routers and switches. Zain then moved on to SADAD Electronic Payment System WLL in 2013 as a System Engineer, focusing on the Linux platform and managing systems hardware and software.

Zain's next role was at Afro Asian Assistance in 2015 as an IT Manager. Here, they were responsible for setting up and maintaining IT processes and policies, managing IT partners and vendors, and leveraging their project management expertise.

In 2020, Zain joined SADAD Electronic Payment System BSC in the role of IT Project Manager. Zain later transitioned to the position of Deputy Director of Information Technology in March 2021. Unfortunately, there is no end date specified for their current role.
