Juha Kuosa

Juha Kuosa is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of SADE Innovations Oy since September 2017, Juha focuses on R&D subcontracting in Finland. Previous roles include Software Specialist at NUVIZ, where app development for Android was a primary responsibility, and Director of Phone Setup Software Technology at Microsoft, leading a team of approximately 60 people in the development of essential technologies for Lumia devices. Juha's tenure at Nokia spanned over two decades, during which key positions included Director of Lumia Ignition Technology and Director of DSS, overseeing large teams focused on software solutions for various operational areas. Educationally, Juha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
