Anderson Carvalho has been with Sadesa since January 1998, starting as a Tanning Production Supervisor before moving on to roles as a Leather Technician and Crust Production Manager. With a background in Chemistry and a degree in Leather Technology, Anderson is highly skilled in product and process engineering, focusing on crust production from the receive of wet blue leather to final quality control. Dedicated to improving current productions and staying on top of new trends, Anderson plays a crucial role in ensuring quality and efficiency in the tanneries in Thailand.
