Greg Coberley

Research And Development Specialist at Sadler's Smokehouse

Greg Coberley is an experienced professional in the fields of research and development, emergency medical services, and food science. Currently serving as a Research and Development Specialist at Sadler's Smokehouse since July 2018, Greg previously held the position of R&D Project Manager at George’ Inc. from January to July 2018. With an extensive background at Newly Weds Foods from 2007 to 2018, Greg advanced from Lab Tech to Associate Food Scientist and then to Sr. Lab Tech, focusing on product development and laboratory management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Paramedic Field Supervisor at McCurtain Co. EMS and a Paramedic/Crew Chief at Titus Regional Medical Center EMS. Academically, Greg holds a BAAS in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University, an AS in Biology from Northeast Texas Community College, and an EMT Paramedic degree from Kiamichi Technology Center.
