Chelsea Moore, PMP, is an experienced engagement manager at Safal Partners, where responsibilities include developing project plans and managing day-to-day operations. Additionally, Chelsea serves on the Terry Scholar Alumni Advisory Board, providing strategic feedback and fostering networking among alumni and current students. Previous experience as a project manager at the Texas Education Agency involved managing the COVID Recovery Instructional Materials Support Initiative and overseeing contracts valued at approximately $37 million. Chelsea has a strong background in educational program management, having directed the Rural Talent Search program, where significant funding increases and compliance with federal regulations were achieved. Chelsea holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University.
