Ketan Thakker is an experienced professional in modern trade and retail management, currently serving as the DGM Modern Trade at Safari Industries India Ltd. since December 2021. Prior roles include AGM Modern Retail at VIP Industries Limited and Senior Manager - General Merchandise at Future Group India, where Ketan was also the Category Head for Big Bazaar. With earlier experience as Dy Manager Marketing at Crompton Greaves and Dy Manager - Product at Samsonite South Asia Pvt Ltd, Ketan has expertise in product management, brand management, marketing initiatives, and consumer promotions. Ketan holds a post-graduate degree in International Executive Master in Business from SDA Bocconi Asia Center and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
