James W. O'Donnell (Jim)

James W. (Jim) O'Donnell is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Scoring Technician at Safari Solutions, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, James enjoyed a lengthy career, including serving as the NA Events Team Lead at Endeavor from 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included IT planning, setup, and support for major events across the US. James also held positions with HCL America as the North America DSS Team Manager, focusing on server modifications and project management for international events, and RGIS as Assistant Manager of System Support, enhancing system reliability. An associate degree in Information Technology was attained from Thompson Institute, with additional education at Lawrence Tech and Macomb Community College.
