Gideon Ndogo is a Senior CCS & Billing Engineer at Safaricom PLC, with a career spanning over 18 years in the telecommunications industry. These roles included oversight of the commercial launch process for roaming services, managing tariff files, and ensuring seamless integration between various systems. Additionally, Gideon served as Deputy Chair for the African Roaming Alliance Lab at Innovative Operators, further enhancing expertise in international roaming operations. Earlier career experience includes technical support roles at Blue Shield Insurance Company.
