Tania Schultz

Tania Schultz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Tania started their HR career at MC AdMaster in 2013 as an Account Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at GoIT as an Event & Community Manager. In 2016, they joined ZEO Alliance as an HR Manager and L&D Specialist, where they were responsible for employee relations, HR policies, internal communications, recruitment, and learning programs. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Facilitator for the Global Service Jam hackathon. Subsequently, they joined Gnosis as an HR Manager in 2019 and was promoted to HR Lead at Safe in 2022. Throughout their career, Tania has accomplished various achievements such as creating HR policies, building new teams, and organizing successful educational projects.

Tania Schultz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Junior specialist degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, University college, from 2009 to 2013. Tania also attended Music School from 2004 to 2013, specializing in piano. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including Organization Design, Interview Mastery, HR Directorship, Foundation of Learning Experience Design, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
