JC Hammock is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Support Systems Engineer and MDM Specialist at Safe-Guard Products International since January 2016, JC manages on-prem and cloud-based software solutions for the Service Desk team while evaluating new technologies. Previous roles include Technical Support Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where support was provided to users in the Research division, and Technical Sr. Analyst at Dell SecureWorks, where L1, L2, and L3 support was offered to a large user base globally. JC's experience also includes providing deskside support at Technisource and CompuCom for several organizations, demonstrating a solid background in addressing technical issues and maintaining service standards. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Network Administration from Computer-Ed Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Georgia.
