Margaret Williams

Margaret Williams, CBAP, BSACS, currently serves as VP of Compliance at Safe Harbor Financial, overseeing BSA/AML compliance activities and related monitoring systems since December 2021. With extensive experience in the banking and compliance sectors, Margaret has held key roles including SVP BSA Compliance Officer at West Valley National Bank and VP BSA Compliance Officer at Transact Bank, where responsibilities included adherence to BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations. As the founder of Leaders in Compliance Management Financial Analysis, Margaret actively engages in industry networking and trend analysis. Additional positions include VP of BSA/Compliance at Premier Bank USA and various managerial roles in credit unions, all contributing to a strong foundation in compliance management and operational leadership. Margaret obtained a BS/BA in Management from Rockhurst University.
