Amanda Moon Callahan, MA, has extensive experience in education and advocacy within the realm of mental health and relationship safety. Currently serving as a REP Educator at Safe Harbor since August 2011, Amanda focuses on teaching dating violence prevention programs in middle and high schools. Previous roles include Policy & Advocacy Manager at Mental Health America of Colorado from September 2008 to August 2011, representing the organization at various community meetings and state-mandated task forces. Amanda's early career includes an internship as a Community Programs Intern at Polaris Project Colorado. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Women’s Studies from Rollins College.
