Dylan Hall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dylan is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Safe Rate, a digital community for home ownership. In this role, they lead the company in simplifying the mortgage process and offers new mortgage products to help borrowers save money.

Prior to Safe Rate, Dylan worked as a Lecturer at the University of Chicago, teaching entrepreneurship in technology to Masters Program students. Dylan guided students in turning their ideas into products and refining business models.

Dylan also co-founded and served as a Managing Partner at Persee Ventures, a venture technology firm. Here, they worked with startups in finance and real estate, providing them with technology infrastructure and predictive models to scale their products.

Earlier in their career, Dylan worked as a Systems Manager at McMaster-Carr, a Co-founder and CTO at Classwork, and a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago. Dylan also held positions at GIS Solutions Inc. as a Project Lead and at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as a Public Sector Consultant.

Dylan's work experience includes roles in education as well. Dylan was a Mathematics Teacher at ACT Charter School through Teach For America, where they developed digital curricula to improve students' performance.

Additionally, Dylan gained early work experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Boeing.

Throughout their career, Dylan has demonstrated skills in technology, entrepreneurship, teaching, and research.

Dylan Hall's education history begins at Pawnee Jr/Sr High School, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and African American Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Dylan then went on to attend The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Economics from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they engaged in an international study abroad program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2013.
