Kathleen Davis

Kathleen Davis, DNP, RN, MBA, CPHQ, is a senior healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in nursing, clinical effectiveness, quality, and safety. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality, Safety, and Clinical Integration at MultiCare Health System since August 2020, Davis also holds the position of Senior High Reliability Consultant at Safe & Reliable Healthcare and operates as Principal at Kathleen D Davis Consulting, LLC. Previously, Davis was the Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services where a strategy for patient experience excellence was developed. During a distinguished tenure at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Davis also served as Senior Vice President, System CNO and Chief of Quality, pioneer of the System CNO role, with significant achievements in nursing practice organization and quality improvement. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Organizational Leadership from The University of New Mexico, an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, and a BSN in Nursing from West Texas A&M University.
