Prashant Pahade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Prashant is the Founder and CEO of csfirst, a company focused on delivering a great customer experience and scaling customer success operations for SaaS companies. Prashant has also served as a Scale-up Partner at SafeAI, Inc., a Lead Investor and Board of Directors member at AutomataPi Solutions Private Limited, and an Investment Committee Member at JITO INCUBATION & INNOVATION FOUNDATION. Prashant is a Member of the Indian Angel Network and has been a Lead Investor and Member of the Board of Advisors at PublicVibe (Formerly NewsDistill).
