Eliran Mordechay

Eliran Mordechay has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of software development, security engineering, quality assurance, and network engineering.

Eliran began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Network Engineer from 2008 to 2011.

Following their military service, Eliran worked as a System Integrator at Magal Security Systems from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they established complete integration of projects in Israel and abroad, conducted manual software testing, and worked with various technologies such as SQL Server, VMware, and a Linux-based video system.

Eliran then joined Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a QA Engineer in 2015, where they wrote and ran tests, created automation scripts, and worked with testing management tools like Clear Quest and Quality Center.

In 2016, Eliran joined Trustnet as a Security Engineer, a position they held until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Honeywell as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing web APIs using Flask, writing object-oriented code in Python, and creating end-to-end services using gRPC.

Currently, Eliran Mordechay is employed at SafeBreach as a Software Developer, specializing in Python and Node.js development. In this role, they have developed cross-platform software agents, implemented communication protocols, optimized APIs, and worked with technologies such as Dockers, k8s, micro-services, and Jenkins.

Eliran Mordechay completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology. This education spanned from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Eliran Mordechay obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2019.
