Paula Paben

Paula Paben is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Safecor Health since February 2020. Prior to this role, Paula held various key positions at Cheryl's Cookies from June 2010 to February 2020, including Director of Manufacturing and Fulfillment, where responsibilities encompassed planning, budgeting, and overseeing multiple departments across two facilities in Ohio. Earlier roles included consulting positions at TBM Consulting Group and Catalyst, and a Plant Manager position at Stahl, where Paula focused on production efficiency and process improvements. Additionally, Paula has a strong background in continuous improvement and lean practices, initiated significant savings at Pentair Water, and holds an MBA from Ashland University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
