Lou Gust

Lou Gust has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Safeguard Equipment, a company focused on revolutionizing the electrical safety industry. Prior to this, Lou worked as the Director of Sales at Anterix.

Before joining Anterix, Lou spent many years at Itron, Inc., where they held various positions including Vice President of Sales in the Western Region, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Electricity, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Water Systems, Vice President of Sales for Natural Gas Systems, Account Executive, and Director of Marketing.

Earlier in their career, Lou worked at EnScan, Inc., which was later acquired by Itron, Inc., where they served as the Director of System Implementation & Customer Service, Sales Director, and Customer Program Manager. Lou also worked as a Marketing Engineer and Application Engineer at Rosemount, Inc.

Lou Gust received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1977 to 1982.
