Amy Robinson

Amy Robinson has worked in various roles in Human Resources and Talent Management. Amy started their career as a Human Resources Intern at The Ohio State University Medical Center in 2005. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Abercrombie & Fitch. Following this, Amy joined Safelite AutoGlass in 2009, where they held positions such as Recruiting Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner, and Sr. Manager, Talent Management. In their most recent role at Safelite AutoGlass, they served as the Director, HR Business Partner, focusing on leadership capability, succession planning, labor challenges, associate engagement, and retention. Amy has extensive experience in strategic partnership, leadership development, recruitment, and managing large-scale projects.

Amy Robinson received a Bachelor of Science Administration degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management in November 2016, and the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute in November 2016.
