Desi A. Spratling

Desi A. Spratling has extensive experience in the cabinetry industry, holding various managerial positions over a career spanning more than two decades. Notably, Desi served as Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager at Timberland Cabinetry from September 2019 to May 2022, and previously as Parts Manager at AutoZone. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Wellborn Forest Products, Inc., Shift Manager at American Woodmark Corporation, and Supervisor at Masco Cabinetry. Desi began a significant tenure as Superintendent at MasterBrand Cabinets from February 1999 to October 2013. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Trident University International, Desi currently oversees the finishing department, contributing to the production of premium cabinetry finishes.
