Jennie Daw is a Senior Research Analyst at SafeLives, where currently leads the My Best Friend project aimed at empowering young women aged 13-24. Previously, Jennie held roles as a Research Analyst and Data Analyst at SafeLives, contributing to various impactful projects, including the Beacon project and research into Psychological Violence. Prior experience includes positions as a Sessional Researcher at Shelter Cymru and Torfaen County Borough Council, a Freelance Researcher at NatCen Social Research, and Director at J D Research, where Jennie worked on multiple research initiatives for the Welsh Government and other organizations. Additionally, Jennie served as a Visiting Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University, teaching courses in SPSS and psychology. Jennie holds an MPhil and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff, along with a Certificate of Higher Education from the University of Wales College, Newport.
