Matt Broniarek

Matt Broniarek has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. In 2014, they worked as a .NET Developer at Rossmann SDP and Construction Engineer at MGL Sp. z o.o. - Producent techniki magazynowej. In 2015, they co-founded and served as Vice President of AM sp. z o.o. In 2014, they also founded Media Bro and served as Business Development Manager. In 2018, they founded Finmate. In 2019, they joined Safello as Operations Lead, then Operations Manager, and finally Process Improvement Specialist. Also in 2019, they joined WAZA as a Steering Committee Member and InnoBridge.Tech as Co-Founder and Development Officer. In 2020, they joined Money4ThePeople as Technical Director.

Matt Broniarek has a comprehensive educational background. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Lodz University of Technology. In 2014, they attended ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, studying Civil Engineering. Matt then earned a Master's degree from Społeczna Akademia Nauk in 2016, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2018, Matt graduated from the Founder Institute, an accelerator program. Most recently, they completed the Oxford Leading Strategic Projects Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021. Additionally, Matt has obtained several certifications, including Fraud Bootcamp webinar – Best Practices in Preventing Fraud from TruNarrative in July 2021, Main Market Rules & Regulations Training from Nasdaq in March 2021, Cryptoasset Compliance Virtual Bootcamp from Elliptic in July 2020, Chainalysis Ethereum Investigations Certification from Chainalysis Inc. in July 2022, and Chainalysis Reactor Certification from Chainalysis Inc. in May 2020.
