David Raines

David Raines is currently the VP of Finance at SafeRack, LLC since 2008. Prior to this, David held the position of VP, Senior Credit Review Officer/Chief Credit Officer at First Reliance Bank from June 2000 to December 2007. Previously, David was the Area Manager at the Small Business Development Center from January 1988 to June 2000, where David provided technical and managerial assistance to small businesses. David obtained their MBA in Business, Finance & Accounting from Winthrop University in 1989, and an Associates Degree in Accounting from Midlands Technical College in 1985.
