Victor Domingo

Victor Domingo, PMP, currently serves as Product Champion at YOUFactors and Manager of Customer Success at SafeStart International. In these roles, Victor is responsible for overseeing the implementation and customer success lifecycle of YouFactors®, including process creation, knowledge base development, and systems integration while collaborating with business development to refine market messaging and pricing strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at dss+, guiding clients through software implementations, and a Project Manager at DuPont Sustainable Solutions, managing multiple corporate learning software projects and training users. Victor's career also includes roles in project leadership and business development within eLearning at DuPont, where significant achievements included developing enhanced client processes and supporting the successful implementation of training solutions for over 90% of clients. Victor holds a Certificate in Project Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in English Studies from the University of the Philippines.
