Gina M Gargus

Gina M Gargus is an experienced technical engineer currently serving as Lead Technical Engineer I at Safety National since October 2022. Concurrently, Gina has been an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef since June 2018. Prior to these roles, Gina accumulated extensive experience at Spectrum from May 2004 to September 2022, progressing through various positions including Supervisor, IT, Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst, Systems Support Specialist, Support Desk Specialist I, Telephone Repair Specialist, and Internet Support Specialist. Gina's responsibilities included supervising large help desk teams, managing ticket monitoring and workload assignments, providing training and mentoring to staff, and performing complex troubleshooting for customer issues. Gina holds an Associate Degree in Computer Systems and Information Technology from Vatterott College, earned between 2002 and 2004.
