Wayne Carter has over 39 years of experience in product design and quality engineering. Since April 2005, Wayne has served as a Product Designer at Shield Restraint Systems, Inc., where innovative solutions and product development are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Wayne worked at Atwood Mobile Products LLC from March 1984 to March 2005 as a Quality Engineer, focusing on ensuring product standards and quality controls.
