Maureen Pozen

Maureen Pozen has held various roles in the technology sector since 2002. Maureen began their career as a Software Engineer at the J. Paul Getty Trust, where they were responsible for the daily maintenance of getty.edu and the intranet. In 2007, they moved to Digital Insight as a Web Developer, coding efficient websites and performing maintenance based on designs. In 2009, they joined Intuit as a Technical Support Engineer, providing tier 2 and 3 support for platform and product issues. In 2014, they became Technical Support Manager at NCR Corporation, leading a 4-person Quality Assurance team and a 3-person Delivery team. From 2017 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Boats Group, including Product Owner, Websites, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Lead. Most recently, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at SAFIO Solutions.

Maureen Pozen holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Advertising from the University of South Florida.
