Chad Gaier

Chad Gaier is an experienced professional in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Safran Defense & Space, Inc. since January 2025. Previously, Chad held the position of Director of Business Development at Intellisense Systems, Inc. from July 2021 to December 2024. Chad's earlier experience includes significant roles at L3Harris Technologies, where responsibilities included System Engineering Manager and Senior Principal Engineer. Chad began career as an Engineer at Goodrich and continued to gain experience at Halliburton, Honeywell Aerospace, and GE, where Chad worked as a Lead Engineer/Technologist. Chad holds a degree from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, earned between 2007 and 2012, and also attended Wright State University from 1995 to 1998.
