April Helgeson

April Helgeson has extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Vice President of Quality, Continuous Improvement, and EHS at VACCO Industries since October 2020, while also holding the position of Sr. Quality Director. Since October 2018, April has been the Director of Quality at Safran, and has been with Boeing since November 1997 as a Sr. Quality Manager, overseeing quality execution for over 21 commercial and military programs. April's responsibilities in these roles include functional management of quality engineers, specialists, inspectors, and auditors, as well as staffing and professional development. April also retired from an initiative to build a farm in January 2024. April earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2005.
