Rawand Turk

Rawand Turk is a compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Safwa Islamic Bank since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rawand held the position of Head of Compliance at INVESTBANK - Jordan for four years and worked at Societe Generale as the Responsible of Investigations & Complaints Unit. Rawand's career includes significant roles at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and in the Compliance Department, where leadership in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing initiatives was demonstrated. Early career experience includes compliance roles at Bank Audi and Cairo Amman Bank. Rawand holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Al Ahliyya Amman University.
