Waqas Ul Islam

Waqas Ul Islam is a Petroleum Engineer with over ten years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in well testing and workover operations. Currently serving as a Well Test Supervisor at Safwan Petroleum Technologies Est., Waqas supervises ADNOC-approved onshore and offshore well testing and workover barge operations. Previous experience includes a Field Engineer role at China National Logging Corporation, where well testing operations were managed, and an internship at Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. in production activities. Waqas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Balochistan University of Information Technology and Management Sciences. Additionally, Waqas was the President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers at BUITEMS, where organizational initiatives were led to raise awareness among students about petroleum activities.
