Phil Zachary

Phil Zachary is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in radio broadcasting. Currently serving as Market President for Saga Communications since June 2020, Phil oversees the Portland Radio Group, which operates multiple radio brands across various frequencies in Northern New England. Previously, Phil held senior leadership roles at Entercom, including Senior Vice President/Market Manager for Southern New England and Senior Vice President overseeing key radio brands in the Washington D.C. market. With a strong background in operational management, Phil also served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Curtis Media Group, where significant profit growth and audience expansion were achieved. Phil's earlier career includes key management positions at CBS Radio, HMW Communications / SFX Broadcasting, and Voyager Communications, contributing to substantial billing and ratings improvements across various stations. Phil holds a BA in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and furthered education at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
