Md Ejaj Ahmed has extensive culinary experience, beginning a prominent role as Head Chef at Sagar Group in July 2004 and continuing in that position thereafter. Prior to this, Md Ejaj Ahmed served as Chef de Partie at Swissotel from August 2011 to July 2023, and briefly held the title of Senior Chef de Partie at Zafiro Hotels in January 2018. Additionally, Md Ejaj Ahmed was part of the opening team for fine dining restaurant Zafiro in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, collaborating on various upscale outlets. Education includes a high school diploma from Ganwa and coursework in Career Exploration/Awareness Skills.
