Marc-Antoine Allen

Marc-Antoine Allen is a Principal at Sagard and joined the firm in 2019. As a member of Sagard Credit Partners, Marc-Antoine invests in non-sponsored credit opportunities in the North American middle market and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. He is based in Toronto, Canada.

Prior to Sagard, he was a Senior Associate at CPP Investment Board (CPPIB) where he was responsible for underwriting and monitoring credit and equity investments in multiple sectors, and was involved in several private equity transactions including the acquisitions of Associated British Ports and Pacific National.

Marc-Antoine holds a B.Comm. from McGill University from which he graduated as Valedictorian of the Desautels Faculty of Management.
